These terms are the agreement between you and Micro Manual Studio LLC ("we", "us") for the use of the Brogress app. By creating an account or using Brogress, you agree to them.
Brogress is a calisthenics fitness app that lets you log bodyweight workouts, count reps with your camera, compete with friends, and track your progress. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Brogress. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Choose a username that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else. We may reclaim usernames that violate this.
To keep Brogress fair and friendly, you agree not to:
Brogress has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Every user can report or block any other user from within the app: open a profile and tap Report or Block. We review reports and remove violating content and offending accounts, typically within 24 hours. Repeat or serious violations result in a permanent ban.
Your workout data and profile belong to you. By using the social features, you grant us permission to display your username, photo, and stats to other users as part of leaderboards, challenges, and profiles. You can delete your content by deleting your account.
Brogress is a fitness tool, not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks, so consult a physician before starting any new fitness program, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You participate at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for exercising safely within your own limits.
Brogress, its name, logo, artwork, and software are owned by Micro Manual Studio LLC and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of it.
You can stop using Brogress and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users.
Brogress is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rep counts will always be perfectly accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Micro Manual Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Micro Manual Studio LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
